Carol Mary Apartments
Description
Carol Mary was built in 1963 and reborn 50 years later in 2013 and is part of the East Evergreen Historic Neighborhood. This was one of our first projects and we are very proud to have been able to save it and breathe new life into the community. Fully remodeled and renovated with a great respect for the original architecture and spirit of the building, it offers the best mix of modern amenities and vintage sensibility. Acquired in 2012 fully vacant (except for some cats). Sold in 2014.
